The Project P Approach

Your business. Your decisions. Your way forward.

I believe that a business is an extension of the person behind it.

Every business owner brings their own experiences, knowledge, ambitions and ways of thinking into their business. These influence the decisions they make, the challenges they encounter and the direction they choose.

That's why I begin by understanding the person as well as the business.

My role is to ask questions, challenge assumptions, offer different perspectives and help you make sense of the information available, so you can make informed decisions about your business.

At the heart of this approach is Founder's M.O. (Modus Operandi).

Founder's M.O.

Investigate what is happening. Evaluate what it means. Execute what matters.

Every business operates through a combination of decisions, habits, processes, relationships and priorities.

Some work well. Others may need examining. And sometimes the challenge isn't immediately obvious.

Founder's M.O. provides a structured way to examine what's happening in your business, understand its implications and determine what deserves your attention.

It's a practical approach to business thinking and decision-making, built around three connected stages.

INVESTIGATE

What is happening?

Before deciding what to change, we need to understand the situation.

We explore your business, ask questions, examine the information available and consider what might be contributing to the challenge you're facing.

The purpose is to distinguish what we know from what we're assuming and identify what needs further investigation.

EVALUATE

What does it mean?

Once we have a clearer picture, we examine what we've discovered.

We explore possible explanations, consider different perspectives and evaluate the options available.

The purpose is to understand the implications of different choices and identify what matters most to you and your business.

EXECUTE

What matters now?

Understanding a situation is useful, but decisions also need to translate into action.

We identify priorities, agree on practical next steps and consider what support or resources may be needed.

The purpose is to help you move forward with decisions that are informed, intentional and realistic.

You Remain in the Driver's Seat

Working with a business coach doesn't mean handing over responsibility for your business decisions.

You bring

You bring your experience, knowledge of your business and understanding of what you want to achieve.

I bring

I bring questions, an outside perspective, business knowledge and a structured way of exploring challenges and opportunities.

Together, we examine situations, challenge assumptions and consider possibilities.

You decide what makes sense for your business.

My role is to help you make those decisions with a better understanding of your options and their implications.

What Can We Explore Together?

Every business challenge deserves to be understood.

You might be:

  • Reconsidering your business direction or priorities.
  • Developing an offer or reviewing your pricing.
  • Struggling to understand why your marketing isn't producing the expected results.
  • Exploring opportunities for growth.
  • Examining how your business operates and where improvements could be made.
  • Making an important decision and wanting an independent perspective.

Whatever the situation, we begin by understanding what's happening before deciding what to do about it.

The challenge determines what we investigate. Your priorities influence the decisions we make together.
